Aurum home technologies is simply AMAZING. To make a long story short enough for a review - they installed the most client friendly/ultra coolest hardwired audio visual system in our home that is truly epic. Outstanding home theater and just a seamless system - wow. My experience with Aurum was superior from start to now at six months after the installation receiving epic support for those inevitable little problems. Before we started I did my research and scrubbed many websites of companies that I thought could do what I wanted - I engaged with three, received proposals from two and only one stood out as the clear winner for a smart system that would meet our needs and that was Aurum. From my initial contact with Jared in the sales and design phase through working with all the ultra professional installation teams to some epic support this week - these people - all of them are the epitome of professional. The way they zip tie connections behind televisions so they are so perfectly neat, the way they dealt with us as clients, how seriously they took their jobs - it’s just a culture that exists at this place. Matt is the CEO and, as I’ve told him at their KILLER client appreciation party, he runs one hell of an organization that made us feel as if we were their only client so many times. Aurum has been involved with my new home build since it was merely an idea 2 years ago. Coming from an extensive IT background, I understand how difficult it is to make something that is simultaneously complex, reliable and user-friendly. After talking with a couple competitors I met Dan at his showroom in Denver and quickly knew Aurum was the right team for the job. They stay up to date with their tech but resist riding on the bleeding edge, and design their systems with a lot of thought into post-installation service. The latter is very important because tech this complicated is guaranteed to have problems, from defective hardware to software bugs along with configuration and compatibility issues. Aurum also pays attention to every minute detail and know their way around home builds, from working with vendors to properly designing CAD files. At the time of this writing my family and I have been living in our house for six months. As expected, we have been ironing out some problems and making configuration changes as we discover our own preferences. We're now near the end of this process, with only a few finishing touches remaining. There's something magical about complex tech that "just works". You realize it has arrived when you find yourself not having to think about it any more. We are 99% there now and Aurum has been helping us the entire way. While things have been frustratingly slow at times, due in large part to the COVID pandemic, Dan and his crew have lived up to their promise. I highly recommend Aurum not only for their excellent planning and execution, but also for their determination to ensure their clients are satisfied afterwards.

I had called Aurum to have someone come out and setup the sound bar I purchased & get the remote speakers working in our kitchen. Within 20 minutes of arriving the tech (Josh) had everything singing together. The TV, the Sound bar, the sub woofer & the remote speakers, (and boy do they sound good!) Great job! Highest recommendation.

Loved working with Aurum on some projects in our home! They are very professional, knowledgable and will give you options for all budgets. Anthony helped us set up a better wifi system, installed a new tv and wall mount in our bedroom and helped me surprise my husband with a sweet turntable system. He came and intsalled it all while we were up skiing for the day so it was there waiting for my husband when we got home. Their work is clean and efficient. Couldn't be happier!

Aurum completed a major project for my new home. The project included whole home audio and video, security, and a custom home theatre. They took care of every detail and they completed the project on time and on budget. I’ve worked with other home tech companies in the past, and Aurum is by far the best.

Earlier, I posted a rather negative review which followed a service experience so bad that we asked the technician to leave. Aurum responded right away and sent Mike, a very professional and competent technician. He spent a day and a half making sure that everything was not just or sort- of working, but working perfectly, and he fixed what had been a major issue for some time and which prior service visits had not fixed. Kudos to Mike, and kudos to Aurum for a quick and competent response which put things right.

Dan is an innovative leader in the Audio/Visual market. Not only is his company in front of technology trends, they also provide the back office support needed to get a project successfully completed. Their CAD capability is remarkable; the Lighting and A/V drawings we see are better than any our company has used with clients. Dan and Aurum instill confidence and reliability not often seen in design projects. Highly recommend.
