Aaron Hudson and CJ Buckley were great. I unexpectedly had to be out of town for the scheduled service and they were still able to do a great job! It’s nice to know you can trust someone when life changes plans.
Over the past few years we noticed a crack on the eastern wall of our garage / machine shop. I had planned to just patch it, but when I realized my poor health wouldn't allow me to tackle that, I had a couple maintenance people look at it. They all immediately identified this as a foundation crack. So I researched this and took a few bids - awarding the work to Groundworks. The sales/project planning phase seemed to go well, and we put a deposit down and scheduled the work. A few months later it came time to do the work - you can see a lot of it in the attached photos. The field installation team were absolutely outstanding men, in particular the foreman. This is extremely hard physical work. I am quite confident in the fundamental correction to our foundation, and it actually fixed little signs across the house we hadn't noticed prior to the project. We had essentially three project issues. The first, that clearly the field sales engineer did not communicate an actual plan, which really impacted the schedule and created a lot of thrash. Part of this was a totally unanticipated move of 2 out of 5 pylons from outside to inside my machine shop and to our basement utility room, which generated a lot of dust and disturbance. The second issue was that each day a different hydraulic pump, necessary to drive the pylons, failed - this also wasted a lot of project time and pushed the project completion further out. Finally the third issue, was that a 1 1/2 day project became 3, and pushed to crew to work well into a Friday evening. This resulted in fairly poor clean up. I contacted the field sales rep, who never took my call. The management at that time were very hostile and unhelpful. I understand they are no longer part of the company. However, ultimately my concerns came to the attention of the new Denver General Manager, and I was satisfied after a good conversation that they understand the issues and are working to improve them. I also spoke to the new head of Quality & Customer Satisfaction for the overall company. They are working on the right things to sustain their hard earned reputation. Given all this I can recommend the company - but make sure ANYTHING that you specifically discuss up front is noted in the project contract you end up signing.
They did a fantastic job! From the beginning, the sales process was extremely pleasant and that continued all the way through to install. Matt Wasiele was very professional, and took the time to explain every detail, answer all of my million questions, get me the best pricing, and make sure I was comfortable with everything. Then the installation went even better than expected. The crew that came out was very courteous, and very careful to protect the area where they would be working to keep the mess to a minimum. I can’t thank you all enough!
Prince + Alex ,(the 2 man crew that did this job)were very professional. Introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do to fix my porch.(it was bad)..I was told by another company that it couldn't be fixed+ I would have to tear out my existing porch+ re pour it...Groundworks crew handled it..It looks great.I would recommend them without hesitation!!Thanks Prince ,thanks Alex !!great job !
Angel and Joseph did an excellent job encapsalating my crawlspace. They were very respectfull and kept my house clean.i highly recomend them and the Groundworks company.
Recently had our foundation fixed with the piers system and revamped our nasty crawlspace into a beautifully sealed, clean area. The real beauty during this project was the crew, Luis, Luis jr, Bryan, and Joseph were all phenomenal! They took amazing care of our home while they worked and made sure everything was communicated clearly and professionally. I would recommend this crew 1,000 times over.
Groundworks was great! They came out after our crawlspace flooded and were able to determine the cause quickly. After getting a plan put together they were able to get a crew out the next day. They were so nice and did an amazing job! Our crawlspace looks so good now and I feel confident it will be protected from water in the future.
