Have called and emailed but they just don’t answer or email back. I wonder if they’re still open. Update: After I posted my review, I received an email in a matter of hours. "We CANNOT ship to Hawaii. Please REMOVE your 1 star review." I first reached out on June 12, 2025, and heard back on June 26 after I posted my review. Transparency needs to be better. Changing it to 3 stars. This review is for customer service only and not on the actual battery service which they provide.

What a great company! We purchased two second hand Ebikes and knew one of the bike batteries did not work. Patrick, at Hi-C, responded immediately to our email inquiries and not only suggested Hi-C could re-cell the battery but could improve the batteries performance. (And add a locking mechanism to the battery). We are so happy with the "new" battery that we will be sending the second battery to Hi-C this winter to be re-celled and improved. We highly recommend this company.

Found this company online and decided to send my battery in because of the good reviews. 15 Business days is how long it took from when it left my hands to when I received it back with brand new batteries. Shipping both ways took 4 business days each. So in total it took them 7 business days to process, repair, test and ship my battery. What absolutely fantastic service! Everything needed was relayed to me via email and shipping instructions were clear. The whole process was fantastic. I also recommended their services to the owner of a local Ebike shop who was looking for a new battery repair vendor. Hi-C gained a new customer base without knowing it. Great company to work with.

Patrick and Hi-C were great! I let the battery on my generic ebike run down dead and it wouldn't recharge. Company has disappeared, so I can't replace the battery. So without a repair, no "e" in "ebike." Patrick knew the battery (had one in the shop) and quoted me a reasonable price. I sent it in, he sent it back fixed. BUT it failed again and I sent it back. The BMS needed repair, which he did, and promptly returned. Throughout, Patrick's communication has been great, his turnaround times outstanding. And, THE BATTERY WORKS GREAT. Thank you.

They brought my Prodecotech Outlaw bike’s battery back to life! Couldn’t be happier. Battery actually weighs less than the original LiFePO battery, but has at least twice the range. It’s been barely a month an I’ve got about 200 miles on the new battery, with no problems. Definitely a cost effective solution vs. the alternatives.

I am a satisfied customer! I have had my BH eMotion Neo Cross since November 2013 when I bought it new in Hawaii. The bike has over 10,000 miles on it, commuting and recreational. Last year it became evident that the battery, which was original, was not holding its charge properly. My search led me to Hi-C Battery LLC for a battery rebuild. They made everything easy. I am extremely satisfied with the results. After four months of use, I can say the rebuilt battery has more endurance and faster charging time than the bike ever had before. I hope to get many more years service out of my ebike.

I own a Magnum Pathfinder bike. The original battery was dying. Rather than buy another low-powered battery, I sent mine to Hi-C Battery LLC to have the cells replaced. When I got it back, I thought something on my bike was broken. I rode for 11 miles (original only 6 or 7) before the first bar (of 5) dropped!!! On the old battery, I never rode in Tour mode. That only got me 10mph. Now, in Tour, I get 13mph on the battery!!!!!!! I am stunned at how great the bike now performs. I highly recommend Hi-C Battery LLC for replacement cells in your battery. He uses Lithium-ion cells and going this route was even less expensive than buying the recommended, low powered replacement battery for my electric bicycle.
