Office Depot

Got a book spiral bound here. Was told I’d get an email when it was done, I didn’t, and upon pickup got told my book was "really hard to bind" (like it’s my problem). When I got home i opened my book to see that a good third of the middle the book is upside down and backwards. Goes to page 220 to upside down 450. Not like I can take it back because I need to work out of it. You had one job!

I've had several great experiences at this store. Hannah is always a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented. I also like her management style, as she mentors her staff rather than just supervises them. This evening, she had an employee fix a problem with a copy machine and suggested that they try to do it themselves to see if they remember how to do it. Most people learn by doing I've found, and it's great to see a supervisor who encourages learning in a supportive environment. Hannah helped me with a small copy issue and was extremely gracious. Office Depot is lucky to have her.

Esteban, the Office Depot manager was very helpful in resolving a problem I had with an office chair. He was patient and kind in working thru the issues. I left the store very satisfied with the outcome.

Horrible service! Did a $400 lamination order for work. Wasn’t notified when it was ready. Went to pick up and they couldn’t find it and acted like I was a nuisance. Finally grabbed a "manager" who found it. Went to make a new order and they told me no one could help as they were at lunch and not being paid. Will never do service here again.

Poor products that takes forever to get. Had to wait 15 minutes to get headphones that were defective. Customer service was good but what’s the point of shopping at a store with things that don’t work?

Show up at the exact time for my appointment and the lady is on "her 15". Aka gone, and just leaves you waiting. She was very helpful once she was there

With Amazon taking over so much business it's nice to have this brick-and-mortar store available walkable from the surrounding neighborhood for when you need computer/office/misc supplies that aren't sold at a supermarket. You can just get it now and see/browse the physical item rather than waiting for shipping, having endless boxes to dispose of, and not quite knowing if the item is what you wanted from the pictures online. We bought comfy new desk chairs here after trying out all the display chairs in the store (can't do that online!). The store has come in handy in a pinch when I needed things like USB cables, USB to audio converters, printer ink, etc. The employees are always helpful and friendly. It's usually pretty empty inside so not difficult to find help.
