Just wanted to give a shout out to Adam and Ronald at the Denver Colfax and Grape O'Reilly store--great service and saved me getting the car towed to the dealer. Great customer service--really made my day yesterday and today! Thanks guys--I really appreciate your help with battery, noticing the brake fluid was low and help with the master cylinder cap that i forgot to put back on 🙂

This is a great location to go to, has great prices and Ron was extremely helpful and kind. He helped me install a back light bulb in my Subaru which is not that easy to do and did it with a smile Will recommend this location to everyone I know.

****Exceptional Service*** *I'm sneaking in a second post from a second awesome experience here. 5 + 5 Stars... 10 Stars!!! There's good people left in this world who exist in this store. From the crew at the front desk to the store manager. Everybody in between are super kind and very helpful. Couldn't be more grateful for their assistance with my experience there. Experience: They helped me with a warranty where I was just out of my Warranty expiration date (3 weeks past, on 2 year warranty) the store manager worked with O'Reilly Corporate Customer Service and they replaced it!!!! (Plus lent me the tools to swap it. Cleaner, brushes, tools. Everything) Super duper thankful grateful

Ronald and Thomas were fantastic! Helped me figure out exactly what fluids I needed and admitted when they didn't have the right transmission fluid for my car. Thanks guys!

I manage an auto repair shop not far from this O'Reilly location. I normally don't write reviews for suppliers but after working with Sonia and her team I felt compelled to say a little. This crew is top notch. They always handle my returns, warranties and deliveries quick and professionally. Emily seems to answer my calls most of the time and she knows her product and is always helpful. She finds what I am looking for quickly and correctly. If you buy a lot of auto parts you learn quick who knows their stuff. This team does. Thank you to their whole crew for the speed and accuracy of our orders every day.

Came in due to a dead battery and the employees were incredibly helpful. They got a new battery installed, and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. I was especially impressed by two female employees at this location, they were fantastic! We’ll definitely be returning if we ever need anything else!
