Place is great. Very good, competitive pricing. Very clean, secure. John and Danielle do a wonderful job and are extremely helpful. I ran into a problem I created due to my own negligence, and John went out of his way to rectify the situation without demanding a thing. He was managing in the old fashioned way, just being helpful. The management there is extremely friendly and understanding.

The storage space is good. Some of the loading doors need repairs and the elevator is occasionally down. The main guy who manages the place sucks, so I recommend avoiding him. Every time I’ve dealt with him he seems annoyed to have to talk to another human and makes sure you know it. Pretty sure his name is John. All the other employees that seem to be hourly are lovely and have apologized on his behalf to me a few times.

I paid the $1 plus the next months rent plus insurance my paperwork says my payment isn't due until October 1st meanwhile they are trying to charge me again for this month saying I paid processing fees instead of the rent! John is a rude manager and even hung up on me and now they don't answer my calls or return my calls! They charge a $29 processing fee for what?! Meanwhile on a $29 unit I ended up paying $45 the first time I got the storage August 1st and $64 now in September.... Can we say RIPOFF!!!! The 2 ladies in there recently are hardly there and leaving the bay door to the storage wide open.

I am renting from the storage started off grape and everyone i have been in contact with had been extre6rrsponsive a d helpful. tge pla e is clean and tge rates are affordable. I would recommend to anyone. -Stephanie M

I found my experience with Storage Star to be an excellent experience. The facility was kept clean and well maintained, this crew worked tirelessly to not only keep things top notch but also consistently remained pleasant. I would recommend them without hesitation and if I ever needed a storage space again, I would reach out to them before anywhere else. Big thanks to you guys, moving cross country is stressful. You all made such a difference in how my experience could have otherwise gone when it came to having a safe place to store my belongings until I found an apartment. I can't express my appreciation enough and wish you both nothing but the best.

The first year was fine. And staff change over started to happen. At the end the management was on my nerves, huge hikes in rent. And some other issues that i am not going to mention to keep company name straight. But most of it was concerning and unlawful. I will never rent there again nor send and of my people there again.

Called and spoke with a lovely woman named Diane on the phone, thought everything was sorted, was called 10 minutes later by a deeply unpleasant manchild who threw a tantrum when he tried to change my arrangements and then had the unmitigated gall to try and upsell me to a larger unit. I'm sorry you have to work with someone like that, Diane. Update. Was told they would refund, Over a week later, they are definitely not refunding anything.
