We recently stopped in to upgrade our phones and left with lower rates and a great experience. Bijan was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Stopped by a few days later to upgrade my daughter's phone and while we were there a disabled customer also came in. The staff was extremely patient and professional with him as he struggled with communicating. Was really refreshing to see.

Busted my phone on vacation and came in here, Abdel couldn’t have been more helpful. He got us in and out while being extremely thorough and explaining everything and answering all my questions. 10/10 great customer service. Had interactions with other employees as well and everyone was so extremely nice!

Amazing experience with Abdul at the Verizon store on 16th Street Mall! I stopped in with kind of a tricky issue — a missing piece of equipment that needed to be replaced — and Abdul handled it like a pro. He was super friendly, efficient, and had me taken care of in just a few minutes. He even set me up with three months of ESPN and a Nintendo Switch promo, and I walked out with a brand-new modem without paying a dime. It’s rare to find service this smooth and professional these days — Abdul made the whole experience easy and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this store!

I really appreciated my experience at this Verizon! The staff were all very nice and incredibly helpful. It had been about 5 years and I was in need of a new phone and Hunter was able to clearly explain all my options for prices for new phones and how I could get the best deal with the best phone plan. Once my phone was ordered and delivered, Hunter helped me through the data transfer and assisted with helping put on my new screen protector. Overall, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient and I walked away with a great trade-in deal!

Scam bate and switch. Go to this store if you want to get scammed. If the offer to buy you out of your contract from another provider, run out the door! The store "manager" Hunter promised to fulfill a $400 rebate for my T-Mobile contract they bought me out of. 5 months later and multiple calls and trips to the store achieved nothing. Each time I visited, I was told they would fulfill their promise to deliver a rebate, but Hunter kept giving excuses each time I walked in the door. "I promise you’ll get your rebate in one week." Never happened. Kept hearing that he was so low on the totem pole that he couldn’t help that Verizon was scamming their customers. Very surprising to actually hear that from the store manager. Do not get your phone from this store unless you want to get scammed by Hunter Hulgan.

Oh man, these guys are amazing. Had trouble activating a phone I ordered online, and they spent several hours helping me deal with Verizon tech support and finally got it working. Good amount of staff in the store, and didn't notice anyone waiting for help in all the time I was there. Also witnessed one employee deal with a male Karen in the most professional way. No idea how he kept his cool so well--props to him.
