They have just about any tool you could ever need. Also replaced a tool of mine that was way out of warranty and only charged me shipping, I had it the next day! They are the best in the Des Moines Metro hands down and my daughter loves the popcorn machine

Love Acme Tools, incredibly disappointed with this location. Came for Black Friday, looks like they have a case of the Lazy’s. Tools all over the floor, can’t get to any of the woodworking stuff, no price tags on 75% of the items, no BF sales from what I can see, thumbs down on this one

Brad was excellent to work with. I called to see if they had an impact in stock and how late they were going to be open. I couldn’t make it in time so they allowed me to purchase with my CC and Brad met me on his way home and handed off the much needed new impact! Excellent service with excellent employees! I shop here quite frequently for work, it's been a good experience. As for floor sales, Alexis is always helpful and makes a real effort to find what myself and her other customers are in need of.

I have been ordering tools from ACME Tools for several years and have had mostly positive experiences. However, recently I ordered a Milwaukee M12 Band Saw that was advertised with a $100 off coupon as priced at checkout. When I processed the order, my card was charged the full price. So, I reached out to the Customer Service Team to resolve this issue. I was nothing short of blown off by the customer service team and basically told that "ACME does not honor advertised promotions and only uses prices on the website." I then asked to cancel the order and was told that they could not cancel the order. This really appears to be a "false advertising bait and switch" situation that has left a very sour customer experience. The most disappointing part is the lack of ownership of the issue or care for how this impacts the customer. If I treated my customers this way, I would not have to worry about buying more tools because there would be no customers.
