Terry and Nicholas, truly made my day amazing! When I thought everything in the world could go wrong, they turned it upside down and I left with a huge smile! I don’t do reviews often but man I won’t go anywhere else! Truly great customer service!

Luke and Giovanny gave me the best service a woman could ever ask for at Advance Auto Parts. Me and my daughter experienced some stressful vehicle issues and Luke and Giovanny always came to the rescue. I appreciate having an auto shop I can trust!

I just wanna say that the people they have there really go above and beyond for a person, August 18, Monday I was looking for a starter for my thermal refrigerator not even a car and this gentleman searched high and low trying to figure it out even made phone calls. He had a second worker help him out they both double teamed it and finally found one for me You just don’t find help like that anymore but they sent me on the right direction and I was able to get that starter for my trucks refrigeration, Thank you very much fellas!!!

Running scams on people advertise one price at one store and then changing the price when you get to the other store, they wanted full price of $580 at the other store. If you’re gonna advertise something online, you need to honor it and not make excuses well…….,

As someone who needs car parts frequently and spends a lot of money here reaching well over the highest reward rank, I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I went in for a return on a defective part that cost me almost $200, guy behind the counter took one look at it and said no. Didn’t ask me what was wrong until after he said they couldn’t take it. I pulled up the receipt, said I installed it and it didn’t work, they respond the only way they can take it is if it’s defective. Did I not just explain what defective means? After he called his manager and I had to explain again the product was defective they still didn’t want to take it. Once the manager realizes it’s an online order he says to the employee is a disappointed manner ‘yeah we have to take it, can’t do anything about an online order’. Process the refund without another word said to be except ‘you have to sign this’. Where is the professionalism? Where is the want to help out the customer? Not even a ‘have a good day’.

Went in to buy a battery for my sister's car. The guy who sold it to me was very helpful. He even came out and helped me throw it in. Great people!
