My girl Bethany, she’s literally the best. I have no complaints at all whatsoever. She’s very understanding and you can tell she’s very genuine, I just sense it. She always has a positive attitude. Her energy speaks for itself and I hope God blesses her in everything she does.

Carrie is an absolute GEM to work with!! Top-notch customer service! She needs a HUGE raise IMMEDIATELY!! Location is clean and well secured.

I was only here a short time starting with cubesmart but planned to stay long term for my business. Keep in mind you will only be paying the price you see online for a couple months before they up it every other month. If you only plan on using it for a couple months it will be worth it but besides that you will end up paying double with what you started.

We rented a storage unit here in November and kept it for three months. Overall, it served its purpose, but there were both positives and negatives to our experience. Positives: • Great Customer Service – The front desk manager was incredibly helpful, super nice, and very welcoming. I have absolutely no complaints about her customer service—she was fantastic! • Affordable – The price was reasonable and fit our needs at the time. Challenges: 1. Difficult Access – When we first moved in, our unit was located far back in the facility. Unfortunately, the closest door for easy access was broken, and despite renting for three months, it was never fixed. When we moved out, that door was still broken, making it much harder to get our stuff out. 2. Cart Availability Issues – When we first moved in, they did have carts available, which was super convenient. However, when we came back to move everything out, there was only one cart, and someone else was using it. When we returned to grab it, we saw another person go in, take the cart, and leave with it. Since the facility has security cameras and individual access codes, I’m surprised they’re not able to track or charge people who take carts and don’t return them. This made moving out a lot more difficult than expected. 3. Security Concerns – The facility is in an area where we noticed random people walking around who seemed sketchy. Because of this, we felt the need to have someone stay near the U-Haul at all times while moving our belongings. 4. Parking Challenges – It’s not easy to access with a U-Haul truck because the parking lot is extremely small, making it difficult to maneuver. If multiple people are moving at the same time, it becomes a tight squeeze, and there’s a risk of cars getting scraped. If you’re looking for a cheap storage unit and can deal with these challenges, then this place might work for you. However, given the broken access doors, cart issues, and difficult parking situation, I wouldn’t personally rent here again. That said, the management was great, and I believe some of these issues are due to the location rather than poor service.

We have been renting here for years and Bethany has always been there making sure we are happy with our storage experience.

The office team is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and kept up nicely. No pressure to sign up for extras I didn't need. Cubesmart recently handed ownership back to Affordable Family Storage, so that will be an unknown for me, but generally local companies pricing is better than algorithm based chain companies. I have always been happy with Cubesmart facilities, which is why I originally chose this place. Reason I scored low is first, one of the garage doors is broken, and has been since I moved my stuff in. That makes it highly inconvenient and a tight squeeze for everyone to share the middle door. Secondly, there's only one cart in the whole facility. I hope the new owners invest in some carts for customer use. For now, it's highly recommended to byo, otherwise you might have to wander the halls looking for one

This was the easiest storage rental process I’ve ever gone through. Did everything online paid my first payment and my lock was waiting for me inside my unit. I had access within 5 minutes. Customer Service was very helpful.
