Delta with Trampel, what a unfriendly person. He was very rude, also no personality. I am surprised they let him meet customers. He messed with my phone and made it worse than it was. Then said I probably need a new one.
Was helped by (I think) Tiffany. My mom had to do some phone changes since her husband passed. Tiffany was so kind and patient with her. We talked to a few US cellular people before her and they were not helpful and rude. So speaking to Tiffany was very refreshing and appreciated! Thank you for your kind heart and great customer service!
Have always had great luck here until last night. Lady I bought my phone from just started opening accessories and putting them on my phone without asking me. Also scanned multiple things without telling me and put it inside the bag. She told me all I needed to pay for was tax on the phone. My fault for not paying more attention

I despise when I am stuck in Des Moines due to medical appts and family events as I bought us Cellular wifi fir my place in Des Moines and you get good service for approximately one week out of each and every month and I was informed at time of purchase that I would be using mainly to stream TV service. I was also told only after my first complaint call that I (would have the upgraded service based on my location for no extra charge). Well zero service is zero service and in calling in to complain I have been informed on multiple locations there was nothing that can be done! DO NOT BUY THEIR WIFI IF YOU ARE USING FOR SYREAMING TV IE ROKU OR FIRESTICK as you may get one week of good streaming and then you have nothing until the first week of the following month so basically you pay a full month but receive one week of service ice and they can do zero. Rip off on my workd even t mobile was better wish I could get out of the dumb contract now. I will just be happy when I no longer have any reason to have ser ice and my only service will be at my main residence in Newton cuz I have excellent wifi there and it's not with us cellular. Wish the slaes person had been upfront and told me not to use for streaming TV peripd.
I've been a US Cellular customer for almost 30 years but after my experience with Trampel at this location I am seriously considering switching providers. I came in with a phone I purchased online and he treated me with nothing but disdain, interrogating me about where I got the phone, why I bought it online and how much I paid for it ...trying to make me feel stupid for buying this phone and not thru them. Even when I asked if he had cash for change (they changed $30 to activate the phone) he rolled his eyes at me and condescendingly said "yes I have CHANGE."
The 3 stars are specifically fir their unreliable internet. The salesperson informed me it would work great for streaming TV with a roku as that is all I use. I have the upgraded service based on location and I can get maybe 3 days of ok running service out of a month and that's only if I turn the wifi off on all phones etc. Have made several attempts to contact support even paid one month for more wifi and it did zero good so out of a month if you want to watch only streaming even T mobile worked better than U S Cellular however they now do not offer their unlimited. So waiting for my nightmare contract to end so I can cancel this lousy service. My phone service is great just want to burn my modem and get rid of it!
