Rocky helped me with my questions and she helped me find what I needed in a timely manner! She even came outside in the rain to put on a wiper blade for me! It was appreciated so much! Made my whole day!

Anna is extremely knowledgeable and can help you not only get the right parts but goes out of her way to help you understand how to fix the problem. Went to an AutoZone to have my codes read for my check engine light. After making the repair I went to this location to have the codes cleared and they refused to do it. They said AutoZone has never cleared codes despite me having them do it for nearly 25 years after I make repairs.

Demetril was amazing, very personal, attentive and knows his audience. I really appreciate the time and effort he took to install my battery. A very important asset to your company. Make sure he’s well compensated so he can stick around.

Let me set the scene. My car dies two days before thanksgiving, I finally get it jumped, and I go to the autozone to get a battery. At this point it’s the day before thanksgiving, and I’m just trying to get this taken care of between working. My friend goes with me and we get the battery and let me tell you. My car is a CURSE nothing was going right and what is usually a five or ten minute process turned into at least twenty. James was incredibly helpful and funny and nice the entire time. The last time I had to get a batter at autozone I went to one on Douglas and the guy there refused to change it for me, even though it was one that was literally right on top. I could not have had a better experience at this store, and even if I move out of the south side I will be driving back over here to go to this store specifically if I need to go to an auto store for anything. It was very clean, all the workers were so nice, everything was easy to find. A+ 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for making a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.
