Batteries Plus

Drove an hour to this location, since maps & website showed open on Sundays. I felt the 5am opening was pretty early for a Sunday, but figured by 11am, it would be open. So I trecked the hour for a battery & place was locked up & closed on sign on door shows closed Sundays. Had to drive to another location, which took another half hour. Guess they think people have time & money to waste these days. Hours should be updated by location for maps and their own website.

Josh knew everything about my phone,more than Verizon and the technology of my new car. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for 10:30 to get phone fixed, showed up 5 mins early, door was locked and closed. Nobody was answering, they were supposed to be open. Called and nobody answered.

I had to get my phone fixed 3 times in one month. When I say each time I went Josh (GM) was very professional and got me in and out. I also, was asking questions about different products in the store and he was very knowledgeable about everything. Go see Josh for all your battery needs,

This place is amazing! I used to buy John Deere batteries all the time, because I had no knowledge of this place on army post rd. Josh, the manager guided me through this whole process and saved me almost $40. The battery I got from batteries plus also has a better warranty than the similar John Deere model. Josh was very polite, listened to what I needed and was very professional. I will definitely return to the store in the future for my battery needs.
