I drop my car off in the morning before work and then pick up after. I have never had an issue. Oil changes and tires

Absolutely satisfied. 6 stares hell 10 stars if I could. We've been buying tires close to home with a tire shop that knows our family name and hilltop beat there price, service, professionalism, and prompt. I WILL NOT be going anywhere else for my tires as far as I can tell $500 lower then the shop who answers the phone and knows my number but also is 2 or 3 days shipping then work.....could not be more pleased and my construction company sees to them for thier needs also. We were 2 hours from home with a flight to catch to start our vacation…and our low tire sensor alarms. Tire has a continuous leak. Stopped into Hilltop to have them check it out—tire was unsalvageable. They fit us in, tire replaced and still made our flight. Great people. Great service. Great pricing. They’ve been around forever for a reason.

I wish I could give infinite stars to this business. I highly recommend going to hilltop tire. I was driving to Des Moines from Chicago and halfway through my AC stopped working. Hilltop tire was the only shop who said they’d look at it and I called many places before them. They got it done within an hour of dropping off my car. And when I went to pick it up I was so surprised to see i only had to pay $40 for a new air filter. They didn’t charge us for labor. They cleaned my windshield from the bugs on the way here. I could not be more satisfied and happy with my interaction with this business. I wish I lived in Des Moines so I could come here all the time. Amazing service and company. Thank you so much!!!

Great service, professional and knowledgeable. They let me keep my car overnight an extra day in their lot when I couldn’t get it the day it was fixed. They get things done right and in a very timely manner.

Good afternoon, they didn't line up the car, they left it the same, they just charged me the money and that's it, the wheels were the same and the rubbers wore out again, super bad, the service with you

A "pre-purchase" inspection of my 2023 Subaru- scheduled the next day, and inexpensive as well. I’m very pleased and will continue to use Hilltop for all my car maintenance.
