Menards

Only had a short window time to get in and out of store. No problem on a Thursday. In and out.

I use Menards often. Not every Menards is the same, especially floor plans and customer service. This Menards on SE 14th has always been a good shopping experience. I want to thank Ben in plumbing section yesterday for assisting me in finding the products I needed and getting me back to my project. Project complete. Thank you Ben.

Customer service in this store is lacking, from getting what you actually want when you spend hundreds on vinyl to help getting it out of the place. Then the 15 seconds they will spare you in the caulking section doesn't give you time to get answers answered in order to purchase the right item. Got more help from Google than workers here.

The lady in plumbing was pretty condescending to me. I couldn’t get my question out. She just kept interrupting. I thanked her, parked my cart, and went to Home Depot. I spent more money but had a better experience.

Im a truck driver could you please have someone trim the low hanging tree limbs on both sides of the exit from the lumber yard thx in advance

Ordered a mop head refill and bottle of pinesol online for pickup thinking it'd be like a driveup or pickup right up front kjnd of thing. Pickup is supposed to be convenient right? Oh no, no, no. Some absolute smooth-brained genius decided the pickup area should be in the very back corner of the store. The stuff I needed is literally right at the front of the store. I could of walked in, bought it myself, and paid at a cash register about 4-5 times over and still been out faster than doing a pickup. Literally the stupidest most inconvenient pickup service I have ever seen.

Employees at this store have seemed more helpful lately for the most part, although sales floor people typically do not greet or offer to assist me. I usually have to find someone and ask. I have been disappointed in the product selection. At times it is difficult or impossible to find exactly what I need. Prices could be lower.
