Rush Transport Service

I’ve moved a lot and this was the absolute WORST moving experience I’ve ever had. If I knew only one person would be helping with my move I never would’ve selected Rush Transport. Robert bent my mattress in half (leaving a rip in the fabric and a permanent indentation), and damaged both my dresser and my tv stand. Would NOT recommend.

My husband and I used Mr. Robert and his assistant to oversee our move out of state. When I tell you we were impressed with this 2 man crew that's an understatement! They were efficient and took time to make sure our items were protected and stacked appropriately in our Uhaul as we were traveling over 200 miles. We had a 3 story 3 bedroom home and they completed the job in about 4.5 hours. Mr. Robert even did a walk through via FaceTime, to set realistic expectations. We booked for 4 hours and he let me know in advance that he would do his best to meet that time frame. We had a lot of things, including a garage full of stored items. Robert helped us move some larger, heavier household items that we needed moved to our new home. He was available on short notice. The care Robert and his assistant took with our furniture was really impressive and the price was for his service was quite reasonable. Robert also did a great job of promptly responding to my questions. Robert and his assistant were very personable. We enjoyed meeting them. I would definitely use Rush Transport Service again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or relative.

I met Rush Transport Service in the middle of my moving delima. They just finished moving a customer into a U-Haul storage unit when I asked for help moving into mine. Without any hesitation, they agreed to help me. I also asked if they were available for the upcoming Friday and even though they were booked, they still made accommodations for me, working into the late night. Rush Transport service was professional, hard working and very personable. They went above and beyond the services I paid for!

5 STARS again! This is my second time hiring Rush Transport Service, the second step of a cross country move. First experience was help moving our stuff to a storage unit. They are professional, affordable, and arrived early. They took great care of my household goods as if they were their own. No short cuts, everything packed and stacked the right way. two times buying pallets from Mr. Robert and the service was great, delivered within two days notice, very efficient and the pallets looked great, I will definitely keep buying.
