I was at the Home Depot on SE 14th Monday morning looking for stove gap sleeves. At the time I didn't know the proper name of the flexible silicone moulding/sleeves. I'm always one to try and find items myself. I had walked the store once and as I was limping on an injured hip, a store employee named Dustin Powell noticed my bewildered expression and asked if he could assist me. I explained to Dustan what I was looking for, he took me to look at a end isle display, the sleeves were no longer there. Dustan had some important duties to perform so he called another employee to appliances to assist me. It was little time and Darren Hammerstad arrived and I explained to him what I was looking for, he didn't have anything in the store but said he could order it for me. I didn't want a bulk order because I'm limited on storage space as I do RV repair and service part time. I declined his offer to order a bulk roll. But I was very impressed with the customer service I had received. I was not a big spender, my product would have cost less than 15 dollars. But both Dustan and Darren took time to assist me just as if I were a big spender. Every customer is important at Home Depot SE 14 th St. I will most certainly tell my friends and acquaintances of my positive experience and I will do more shopping at the Home Depot. Thank you both. Was in store looking for a refrigerator for a rental. Talked to Jordan in that department and he was very knowledgeable on their inventory. We narrowed it down to a frig top and freezer bottom and the price was different online then what was listed in store. We pulled the manager in the loop (Darren) and he was very helpful. He said he would honor the price and we went to check-out and he was very polite. I would higher recommend this store and will for sure be back....thx guys!

So my husband and I purchased a fridge since our old one broke. Darren was awesome about explaining the process and who to reach out to if we had any questions. Long story short, there was a bit of an issue when it came to the delivery side of things, and to say Darren went above and beyond to help us figure things out is such an understatement! While there were a few bumps along the way, the handling of everything was so thoughtful and efficient - Husband and I are Home Depot lifers after this experience

You’re better off finding your item better than the employees I wanted a bulb for an overhead kitchen area normal light and the guy was trying to get me to buy an appliance sized bulb. I even showed a picture of the model it was 840 lumens. I could be working here but they only pay enough for people who don’t really want to be there, and have no idea what they’re doing other than being a body in a Home Depot uniform. I told them I will just look for it some more and lo and behold I did.

Darren Hammerstad the new store manager at this location absolutely blew me away with his customer service! The way his team responded and respected him really showed his leadership. Also wanted to mention Conner Bockes at the service counter had resolved a financing issue in no time flat! To say i was impressed and happy customer is an absolute understatement! Great job everyone!
