Great product and a massive selection of parts. Perfect replacement that was EXACTLY as pictured and described. Saved me lots of money as I got a resistor pack and didn't have to buy a complete motor assembly through the tractor dealer. Perfect communication by email from the company representative and on a weekend as well. Very pleased.

We went to have the alignment done on our truck, they told us $250, we paid $270, we asked them to unlock the speed from 68 to 72, they didn't know how to do it, but they charged us $45, we had a code that only needed to be restarted, for that they charged us $414.65, but they didn't fix or do any of it, so I asked why they were charging me that much, they told me that was because we were trying. They asked us to work for a few more hours to do the diagnostics, which of course I refused to do because they said it would be charged at $180 per hour and that they didn't know what it was, they wanted to find out what it was for. I am very disappointed and angry that I even went to this service. We paid $779 for all this and they didn't fix anything, not even the alignment was done properly, now I have to ask another service to do it for me again.

Andrew was a great helper with my purchase he answered my questions and if he didn’t have one he would called me back or email me with the answer. This is my time time doing a purchase at Vander Hagg’s and looks like it won’t be the last. Thanks Andrew

Running a business is challenging, and we typically avoid expressing negative feedback. However, after being loyal customers of Vander Haag for nearly a decade, we were treated extremely poorly. They held our truck for three weeks, resulting in the loss of both the driver and the line. Additionally, they miscalculated parts prices and charged us almost $6k for diagnostics, which we never received. As a result, we had no choice but to tow our truck to Kenworth after three weeks of no progress and pay 5300. We will never return to this place. It has changed.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. They got to me in less than 24 hours. Did diagnostic and flow test on our RVs engin confirming all was well. Technician was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone that I worked with was fantastic.

We dealt with Tim and he went above and beyond taking care of us and got our parts shipped out quickly. Shipping did a horrible job the cylinder came busted out of the box and it looked like it had been mishandled but either way it was a used part. Got us going again. I will be calling them in the future if we have need of any other parts.

Vanderhaggs is a great place for parts new & used their customer is great have purchased many parts from them over the years they ship directly and always keep you informed of the process just recently purchased some used parts they sent me photos of the parts after they removed them to show me their condition I always check out Vanderhaggs first when I need parts especially when restoring an old truck they were and still are very helpful give them a try if you haven’t already!
