I don’t know what I was thinking switching to Verizon but I wish I hadn’t. I went there with a plan in mind, the sales rep tried to get me to add bunch of things which I refused. We went over the bill overview and at no point he told me that I will be charged close to $500 on my first bill. I got the most basic plan and I was supposed to pay $160 a month. On my first bill, apparently he added the insurance which pushed my bill to $230 a month. I walked away the day I switched confirming that my bill was $160 a month. I didn’t know Verizon teaches its employees to scam customers and hide hidden fees from them. Imagine waking up one day and seeing $500 disappear from your account. I spoke to the customer service and Al was amazing and helped me relieve some of the outrageous charges. I will be switching carriers ASAP.

I got me a RAZER EDGE 5G handheld from Verizon and paying payments on it and now the back is coming apart on the top of the device I called the store and they told me I would have to buy a new one but I’m paying on the one I’m using now what should I do I got it about a year ago

Do yourself a favor and go to literally ANY other carrier. Offered me a great up front deal to switch including a new iPhone, etc. 2 weeks later a 2nd phone I never ordered shows up in the mail, which I inform them of right away and they assure me will be taken care of. Nope, my next bill is for $450 including the new line and phone I didn’t order. Verizon now insists no fraud was committed and even though they got their 2nd phone back, my bill for next month is over $1000 because they are trying to charge me for the phone I never ordered and sent back. Won’t fix anything, are already making threats of collections. Never using these clowns again.

I will not return to this location. We went in for an upgrade and the sales person, never actually gave us her name, tried talking my daughter in law out of every single thing she wanted. We would have purchased more but between her being rude and 100% unhelpful we left after we placed our order. Told us the promos might not work so give it 6 months and check it..... Um no, I shouldn't have to follow up, I will but that should be part of her job. I asked her to check my plan and see if I could get a better deal, she didn't even look, she finished the order handed us papers and walked to the back, phone wasn't working after whatever she did and she made it very clear through her behavior, she did not want to help us or take care of anything. I miss the old Manager and crew. They cared, these newish ones do not.
