Your representative was a very patient young man. He had to remove the camper from a backyard with a very narrow driveway. It took a lot of maneuvering, but he cheerfully stayed the course. I will ask for him, when it is time to return the camper back to the yard!❤️

Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My car got towed from private property $605 in cash just to get it back. The people working there were rude, angry, and completely unprofessional. They tried to force me to sign a paper that basically gives up my rights, and when I refused, they got mad about it. I get that towing is part of the job, but the way they talk to people and the attitude they have is just ridiculous. No respect at all, no empathy, and way overpriced. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Biggest Crooks and scammers this should not be legal. Be careful if your car ever ends up here — take pictures, record everything, and don’t let them bully you into signing anything. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone

Thank you for assisting me over the weekend. I worked with my insurance provider for roadside assistance, they contacted several tow companies who declined to help. After 7 hours of waiting, the insurance provider reached out to Boulevard & Trumbull Towing, and you accepted service. Thank you so much for rescuing me!!!!! I called the dispatch team to confirm that help was on the way, and they were very kind and assured me someone would be arriving soon; even mentioned if my provider would have called them first they would have came out to help! Dispatch even gave me a courtesy call to let me know that help was nearby. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need. Great people to work with!

I can’t say enough good things about this towing company! I was in a tough spot a couple of nights ago — stranded in the middle of the night around 2 a.m. The driver initially had some trouble finding me, but he didn’t give up and made sure to track me down. Not only did he tow my vehicle, but he also helped me get across the border from the U.S. into Canada without any issues, which I was really worried about. He went above and beyond, making sure I was dropped off somewhere safe and even waited to make sure I was okay before leaving. Professional, kind, and truly caring — this is the kind of service you hope for but rarely get. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs reliable help, especially in stressful situations.

B&T came in and towed several vehicles off our company property. They were prompt and professional, and worked through a communication breakdown that cost them more work on their end. We use them often and are pleased with the results.

We’ve never seen a towing company operate with the finesse of a magician—now you see your wallet, now it’s gone. Our trailer got towed, and suddenly we're paying more than a value of a whole trailer is worth just to get our cargo off the trailer. How do they do it? We're still trying to figure it out. They should offer a "Comedic Relief" discount because we laughed harder at their pricing than we have in years. The only thing faster than the tow truck was how quickly they charged us. The invoice? A full-page masterpiece of creative writing, with a twist—it's all lies! Moral of the story: If you want to experience what it’s like to be fleeced and have a fun time doing it, call these guys. If you’d rather keep your hard-earned cash and avoid an impromptu comedy show, do yourself a favor and keep driving. Too bad we can't give em 0 stars.
