Theives... I I bought a battery from them two days ago with one year warranty and one month to return it. The manager (Jamal) tried his best to encourage me to pay in cash so if I return it it will be quick and easy otherwise otherwise will take up to a week you return it to credit/debit card. We know that cash thing is to avoid paying tax... I will report them to IRS very soon. Today I went to return it (without installing it or even touch ot) because my family bought another one and they refused per (allnod a sudden) company policy. Finally, when I snapped they agreed for a refund as o threatened to take them to court and report their cash scam. Stay away from these scammers be very ALERT.
