Fantastic sponsor organization and partner in Detroit. Michigan Central and Newlab are fantastic to work with and the buildings and facilities are state of the art. Really grateful to have Femology based here. Love being able to work with their teams to run business workshops and Femology events and advising office hours from Newlab Detroit. Additionally, their Event Space is amazing and well suited for running Demo Days like the one we hosted for the Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Program (AMMP) Accelerator.
We had our team meeting here for two days. Such a cool and interesting location. It's a unique blend of original and new work inside the building. They did a really good job of maintaining that Detroit feel but upgrading it and making it very innovative.
Loved visiting! It's a must stop for anyone looking for Detroit history. The renovated building was beautiful and so happy to see so many enjoying this!
My husband and I had the opportunity to attend one of these amazing events in this beautiful space a few weeks ago! Black Tech Saturdays was well worth the 3 hour drive. It was absolutely amazing to be in a room full of black creators and innovators! We definitely plan on attending more events.
Wanted to know more about Newlab and got kicked out immediately from the door. Didn’t even make it to the front desk because "it is not open to the public". Not even a brochure. Can you educate the security lady on public relations? At least tell me what it is about and let me look at the lobby. I don’t need to be treated like a thief or a criminal.
Over 150 new technology company start-ups. The atmosphere is energetic and innovation is real when you step foot into this New Lab
