I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ms. Tammy, the assistant manager at O’Reilly Auto Parts, absolutely deserves recognition. She went above and beyond helping me and my dad find the perfect jump starter and battery charger. She didn’t just point us to a shelf — she listened to what we needed, asked thoughtful questions, and walked us through the options until we found exactly what worked for us. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine kindness stood out in a big way. You can tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in doing her job well. It made what could’ve been a frustrating errand into a smooth, even enjoyable experience. People like her are rare — thank you, Ms. Tammy! We’ll definitely be back because of you.
It's awful. A $3.00 piece of line costs $12.00. The simple connector that I needed they did not have.and there was 1 person working the store and could not even tell me, or try to find out where their next nearest store was.
My 2017 Jeep had some pulling to one side during braking, stop by a local shop they suggesred I check my brake hose, I called O'reilly on Jefferson and spoke to Tammy, she was very professional and had the part I needed, Thanks Tammy!
