The service representative at the counter was amazing. She made the process quick and painless. She was professional, always smiling while getting us through the process. The truck was clean and ready to go! An all around great experience.
The gentleman who helped us was really great, we got the wrong size U-Haul, so he let us swap it out and was extremely cordial throughout the whole process. I would always rent a U-Haul from here.

The whole staff was very very helpful from the phone with Mr Kelvin being a very experienced staff member who knows his job well alone with Mr James who took over once I got to U -Haul to pick up my trailer he put the icing on the cake !!!! And again as a team they get a 100 and so now I feel like part of the family with the love and laughter we share at my visit with U-Haul on Fort st it's been my pleasure. Ms Barbara Hampton
