U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Center

I had a good experience at this location. The rep Doug was awesome the way he helped me void of me being new to the process. He was friendly, thorough, and patient. I even was impressed with how he stayed professional with a rude customer before me. People him makes this world a better place.

Amazing people working there! Beautiful building and easy to move things on the carts. We were moving in our 26ft truck for 8 hours and it wasn’t a bad time. We enjoyed being there and the people were so nice and helpful. Big shout out to the gentleman who helped me because even under the pressure of all the chaos at noon when everyone was there he gracefully helped everyone in a professional manner. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Ken was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. He took the time to explain which U-Haul would best suit my needs and even walked with me into the parking area to make sure I picked a vehicle I’d feel comfortable driving, especially since I had some reservations. His professionalism and thoughtfulness made the whole process much easier.

Worst haul experience ever! My rental was booked a week prior which included a dolly, upon pick up I was told that there was no dolly available however when I questioned the sales associate about a dolly that I saw prior to entering the building I was told that I could not utilize it because my rental was being retired to a different store. There was no offer to find another dolly or even a resolution made. Upon inspection of The U-Haul truck it was found that the gas tank was completely empty when I asked to sell associate if they had a truck available that was not empty. They stated "oh no we don’t have any trucks that have gas, All of our trucks are empty," the main concern was the fact that I was not returning the rental back to the store that I picked it up at all of my concerns were not met with a friendly attitude and they were only trying to just rush me out of the store. Out of all my years of utilizing U-Haul rentals this was by far my worst experience and the staff did not make it any better.

Weird energy with the staff here. No one stops or smiles they don't speak unless you speak first and God forbid you need help! No one is ever around to ask assistance! Today is the third time since renting my storage Ive had to walk the grounds looking for someone to help me and several others who were just left in limbo waiting in line in the lobby!!. I love Uhaul and all the amenities here! But staff needs to do better! It makes one feel unwelcome! And please introduce yourselves as staff! The customers don't know WHOM we should ask for help! Then will just reappear as nonchalantly as they disappeared!!. Smh!

Really great customer service. Excellent communication. Team goes above and beyond to help sort out issues. The manager, Craig, was very kind and helpful during an issue I had. Would definitely recommend.

It’s fine if you don’t need to talk to anyone. The staff feel zero urgency, doesn’t matter how many people are in line. One worker sat on their phone until I said "can you help me?" Then finished their Snapchat conversation before helping me. Others pass by even though there’s a line, when I ask if there’s someone to help, they ignore me. It should be so much easier.
