Extremely friendly and helpful store. Associates are willing to take the time to answer questions. If they don't have what I need they are willing to tell me where to go to get it, which I appreciate. Nice to have a great hardware store close to home.

Called multiple times this month. Have been lied to about inventory ( girl didnt even go look until I pressed her and let her know I see them available for pickup online now.) I called about getting a key cut and ofcourse (even though I have gone to other locations and had thos done no problem) they cannot do it because I didnt order the key from them? Why is it every business is out to hustle/scam you now a days?? Keep woundering why people purchase things online now and do it themselves. Ill be ordering a key cutter and doing it myself you useless place! Better yet Ill find an actual local professional and go that route. Rude people and absolutely over priced usless service! Edit/response: Even more slop from this half wit establishment... save your embarrassing "rebuttals" for a customer that cares! With your logic purchasing online is inferior because and only because you say so. I got the key cut and it worked fine. Go joke with someone else. Stop kidding yourself here. Poor customer service and even poorer management and customer service to even escalated issues. HUSTLERS.

Called to make sure they had inventory that showed was available for pickup online. The girl that answered the phone without hesitation said nope, didn't even look it up. I called back and let them know their website said they had multiple items in stock, then she asked for a part #. And what do you know they had it in stock. This has happened multiple times at this location. Will not be returning, I would rather order off Amazon or go to Homedepot than support this local Ace.

I went in with no knowledge of how to redo the plumbing in my basement, a very nice gentleman named Xavier helped me tremendously!!! I can not thank him enough and I would love to thank the owner of the Ace hardware in our sweet home town of Dorr! These people here are super helpful and know what they’re talking about! 100% recommend!!
