Hands down the best Advance in the area. Rachel is the manager and runs a great store while still being polite and helpful. Leo and Seth are honorable mentions; they always go out of their way to help me. I come in multiple times a week and they never disappoint.
The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly every time I shop here. Yesterday I was having a hard time finding a bulb I needed for my head light and the young lady Rachael easily found what I needed and even changed my bulb for me. Awesome store all around
Chris was tremendously talented well knowledgeable to find exact fit battery to one off my clients , who was stranded calling out most of the day for such same day mechanic service done Thankfully Chris found out the following as well , Battery AGM , refurbished starter as well as water pump that helped my company to finish the job for one of our repeated clients.
Amazing customer service they really know what they are talking about, was able to fix an issue I’ve been having for months just by talking to one of the guys behind the counter. The manager here is real sweet as well, she came out and helped when we couldn’t find something and got it done quickly!
Great customer service. Plenty of stock. Easy to manuever down the aisles. Clean store. They had the oil I needed for my car. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.
It is very clear, in this modern society, that courteous customer service training has been omitted from most businesses...so it seems!
