Vsometimes they have good customer service although they have an unfriendly attitude. I know they are not there to make friends. I ordered some lights for my car and the order was placed, they were for a date and they did not arrive. They said it was the next day, the next day, supposedly the truck was in "Hillsborough". The next day I went to pick them up and they told me after noon because the truck was coming from "Greensboro" I went after noon and the lights did not arrive and then they told me they would arrive the next day preferably in the afternoon. I went as they told me and asked because the lights supposedly had already arrived, but they could not find them maybe someone had picked them up ... after a while they could not find them and they gave them to me .... but when I installed them, I realized that one light did not work. I thought it was a problem with my car, and no, the light comes without the cables connected and without protection ... they disappointed me, napa

Was told my card didn’t go through while ordering sway bar links- then was charged twice. Checked my bank app and then Asked to speak to a supervisor - no one was available. Then called later to check on another part- called Geer St location she said oh it’s at the Guess Rd location" for me to run to Guess Rd and employee say "oh we don’t have it here, it’s at Cheek Rd". Very unorganized. I thought Napa was top notch- I’ll stick with ORiley’s.

My rotor cracked so I slept overnight nearby NAPA after ordering a new rotor that literally stated it was available for in store pick up. I walk in there to pick it up, the guy said ‘it’s in charlotte, won’t be here for 2 days.’ Then WHY did the site say it was available??? Got a refund, went down the street to advanced.

My vehicles dealership is contracted with NAPA. I have a NAPA battery, less than a year old. I didn't drive my car for 2 weeks and my battery is 100% dead. My dealership told me to take it to any NAPA and they will replace it since it's new. This NAPA said that my dealership NAPA is different than their NAPA, and that they can't do anything without the battery receipt. Mind you, the battery has the date of purchase sticker on there with another sticker from the establishment. NOPE, they did not honor it because their NAPA is different than my NAPA. UPDATE: Just spent and hour on the phone with STAN, who couldn't comprehend English as well as he thinks he can and wasted my time. With a dealership receipt, battery dated napa sticker, they told me I needed to provide a consumer direct receipt, run diagnostics, and something else. I just hung up. It went from bad service to even worse service from corporate.

This Napa is a Durham Institution in my point of view. They've been around forever, a lot of mechanics I know enjoy working with them, and they have and extremely knowledgeable, loyal staff. I've not seen a lot of turnover here so you'll see the same faces from one point to the next. The prices are a tiny bit higher than you might find at other places, but it's worth it to me to know I'm walking out with the correct part and good advice if needed. When it comes to repairing your vehicle, I believe you'd rather go with someone you trust than not.

must not have paid their power bill again. haven't been able to order for two days. They way their system is set up, you can't see if any parts are available. Just useless.

My daughter and I happen to get a flat tire. We asked the guys for help. They were happy to help us and we got home safely! This is not part of their services but did it out of the kindness of their heart. We were so grateful! Thank you.
