Luis was my cashier tonight and he went above and beyond, an excellent worker who was very helpful and kind. He treated me with so much respect and answered all my questions to make sure I left the store satisfied. Very kind young man, thank you so much Luis!

the lady at the self checkout accused me of not scanning something while she was standing behind me doing nothing when she could have easily scanned my items if it was that important to her. get someone better to do that job because she was absolutely not qualified to work or even be in any sort of customer fronting job. ridiculous.

Suzanne and Jemilet both helped me with some returns today. They were very friendly and helpful. We've been here many times to update our rental house. Very organized store and we've only had great experiences with the staff!

Patrick in the paint section is amazing! We needed help fixing our paint color and he was so friendly and knew exactly what to do to get the color we wanted. Thank you Patrick!!!!

Princess the cashier is extremely rude and nasty. Thank god the manager was amazing and made me feel more comfortable. I come here everyday at least twice a day.

Great customer service and selection within the garden department. However, the third-pary delivery service they use will no longer deliver to my apartment. Perhaps it’s a new third party delivery service. They apparently cannot use stairs to get to my door on the third floor (this is open-air building, there are locks/doors to get inside). They also will not leave the box in front of the building at the foot of the stairs. So you cannot have delivery from Hope Depot if you live in apartment.

Excellent service. Staff was readily available and knowledgeable. Huge variety of ceiling fans and lighting.
