Hernan was an amazing person and customer service representative for AutoZone (east Boston location on Border) he was patient, knowledgeable and multitasking taking phone calls (be very polite with customers) at the end he got me exactly what I needed despite everything else that was going on he was still smiling. His colleague (Jackson) was doing the same for his customer….just an amazing experience overall and I thank you. On 9/13/25 this morning i went back to my favorite auto parts store and seen my man Hernan there….despite the situation the guy is just calm, poised, very nice and always finds the solution. I also credit the district manager there (Leo Jimenez) amazing person that believes in the human touch and we took his time out of his busy tasks for a friendly conversation. Enjoy these visits to this location (I literally have 5 other auto parts locations that are more convenient to me) but always chose this location cause they always have what I need with a smile. Thanks so much guys!

The manager and the other worker there were absolutely fantastic! I had to get a battery & installment. They were very informative & attentive!! I wish I got both their names but i’m blanking. Thank you guys!! Penelope is thriving because of you! (my car) 🙂

Super helpful with getting my car started after my battery died. They were sold out of the battery I needed but helped me jump start the car twice and helped me find another store with the right battery in stock. Would definitely return for any future purchases!

Apparently they have to have 3 people in order to help with battery replacement and unfortunately maybe because I went late around 6pm they couldn’t help me with it which I get yk but the store was empty and the two guys that were there told me they couldn’t and when I was heading out I just saw them pull of there phones to do nothing. I felt they didn’t even want to do it or because they didn’t know how to do it or they just wanted not too which got me certain about this place. The guy that I asked was really rude, giving people tones and it looks like he didn’t even like his job with no passion at all. Only one I give flowers to is Bernaldo de la Cruz because when I do go to Anto zone in East Boston when he’s there he solves the problem and has a great costumers service skills. Overall stores is good just some of the workers there don’t be helpful at times. Overall is give it a 3/5

Yesterday morning I had a small mishap with my car battery because it was apparently discharged due to the cold, but I went to the East Boston Autozone and a very kind young man checked it and it was damaged. Even though he was busy, he went and helped me install it. We need more people like that with that charisma and kindness. Thank you Bernaldo.

Hernán was so incredible! He noticed I was struggling trying to replace my car battery and he was able to help me. As a new car owner, I was such a mess. Because of his help, I was able to get on the road again 🙂 and I appreciate the patience of the rest of the staff as they helped me pick all the right parts
