We had a great 1st time experience with Belltown Motors. It began with the tow.. the driver arrived within 20 minutes and was friendly. The next morning I called to follow up and spoke with Kayla...she explained that they were busy but would try to look at our car (failed brake line). 2 hours later she called back and said they would be able to fix it that day. What a surprise! We were expecting to be without the car for several days but we picked it up that afternoon. The cost was less than expected- how often can you say that on a car repair? Thanks, highly recommend.

This was the second time I went here and the service was fantastic. From speaking with the service department (Kayla, I believe) to the gentleman at the front desk, to the guy that took off my plates. Professional and pleasant. I was comfortable going in there alone (some auto places you get a feeling like a dollar sign just walked in) and it just has a hometown vibe. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and patient, answering all my questions. Even the phone call letting us know it would be best to junk the car was done in a kind manner. I highly recommend. Thank you all so much.

If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. I won’t go into details about what happened, but the unprofessionalism and lack of communication is absurd. When I asked for a meeting with the owner, to explain the multiple issues I had, he simply could not handle constructive criticism, stood and spoke over me, and was rude to the point where I was bawling when I left. The younger owner (his son) called me to apologize for his father’s extremely unprofessional behavior. I highly recommend to go elsewhere for your auto needs, especially if you’re a woman.

Recently lost the transmission in my truck, Tom Branciforte was the best service advisor, and Dave the mechanic did an awesome job removing, installing, and programing the new transmission. Truck is driving and shifting perfectly again! Belltown gets you back on the road in record time, and flawless workmanship! Thank you Belltown Motors!

Towed our car for us because it was completely dead, but destroyed our yard in the process. First tow truck got stuck and had to be pulled out by another one of their tow trucks, and then they proceeded to circle half of the yard to get out. Company is refusing to take any responsibility for the damage, leaving us out a couple thousand dollars which may have to be recouped through small claims court. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

A driver through this company was dispatched through triple a. We made a mistake and called under my moms regular membership while my wife and I are premiere members. The driver called and told us he would have to have us pay out of pocket, as we were basic members. We called to switch it to my account, and the driver called angry asking why the call was canceled. We explained the situation, and again when he showed up he got angry and aggressive, asking why we were causing trouble and ultimately telling us we were making his job hard. Our car is totaled, and a representative from this company is hassling us about changing to my policy? This is a terrible company!!!! We have already informed triple A on the matter, truly you should feel ashamed to employ such heartless people!!

Great people, professional, and also work on Subarus. For all Subaru owners, I'd recommend them for work.
