While traveling from Maryland to East Hampton to visit family, we hit some road debris and needed a repair completed quickly. Bob the owner immediately stopped what he was doing and took care of my wife's car for us. The technicians were friendly and efficient as well. If I lived in East Hampton, this would be my go to repair shop. Unfortunately, we are 6 hours south. Go and see these guys for your automotive repairs. Thank you again for your help!!

They stood on the arm rest on one of my seats on my pontoon boat while shrinkwrapping it and it collapsed. It was obvious as there were footprints all over the seats. They refused to take responsibility. In addition, when they shrinkwrap boats the go from the back of the boat over the outboard like a giant umbrella so that animals can easily get into the boat. They do this because they are lazy and dont want to use extra materials. When I trailered the boat home the shrinkwrapping lifted right up due to the wind catching under the back end of it. Guess what? They refused to make good on that too. They are complete amateurs.

This is the most competent and honest repair shop I have ever used. I neglected to winterize my Sea Doo 200 Speedster last winter. At the start of the season, the engines (twin Rotax, 430HP combined) would not start. The first mechanic who checked the boat announced both engines were trashed, based only on water being present in the oil. Suspecting this mechanic's advice might not be accurate, I brought the boat to Bob, who doubted the blocks were cracked and recommended a few oil changes before reaching any such conclusion. Just got off the phone with Bob, The engines are now running and fine. Saved me at least $10,000.00. From here on, Bob gets all of my marine and vehicle repair work.

Bob worked on my 85 Glastron ssv. He is very knowledgeable and is as honest as the day is long. I would highly recommend him for any boat or auto repair.
