I came into the store today to purchase a relay for my car. Unfortunately, the first employee sold me the wrong part, so I had to exchange it. The second gentleman who assisted me gave me another relay that already looked different from the OEM part, but I decided to take it outside and double-check before installing it. Without even inserting it, I could tell it wasn’t the right fit. He insisted on looking himself. Without asking permission, he forced the relay into my vehicle’s fuse box — despite it clearly not fitting — then said, "Looks like it fits," and walked away. I immediately removed it to prevent potential damage from the relay being forced in. When I went back inside to request a refund, I was met with attitude and had to wait several minutes before receiving only a partial refund, with the hope that the remainder will be refunded to my card. This experience was extremely unprofessional and could have caused further damage to my vehicle. I will not return, and I hope others take this into consideration before doing business here. After leaving this location I went to the Glastonbury NAPA where the guy informed me Honda basically "keyed" that relay pattern as a safeguard. If it doesn’t fit cleanly, it’s 100% the wrong part — no exceptions.

This Napa was able to find a part for me on the computer but didn’t have it in store so they told me Vernon had it and I called them and they couldn’t find it in their system so I went back in to ask they guy at the counter if I could have the part number and in the span on a couple minutes it took me to call the other Napa he had gotten rid of the part number and refused to look it up for me again stating he was to busy after I had paitently waited in line. Very disappointed in that store since I really needed the part to get a work truck back going and he would not give me the time of day to help me out.

Second time receiving wrong part after they look up on computer to provide the replacement. Beyond frustrating to be 1/2 through a repair - unable to finish and unable to drive car back into garage.

Customer service is always excellent! The gentlemen working here have always gone over and above to help me find just what I need. Recently stopped in after a stressful work day to buy a new blinker bulb and new wipers. George was so kind to install them for me. I was so very grateful. I would highly recommend this store.
