Such a clean and organized store! Every area was well staffed. The milkshake was delicious and the Santa set up was adorable! Highly recommend. Way better than Cabela’s! Fish tank was a hit of course!

If you are looking for something to do in downtown Peoria, go right across the bridge to the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World in East Peoria. Upon opening the door you walk into a room with an amazing fireplace and now a huge Christmas tree . The store is pet friendly so your pet or children will enjoy the wildlife that surrounds you throughout the entire store. Don't forget to checkout the enormous fish tank. They have men and women's clothing,home decor, and of course all kinds of sporting good equipment. From candles to beef jerky you are sure to find your treasures. Don't forget to stop by the bakery that has lots of mouth watering choices of fudge. I noticed they are setting up a section for the arrival of Santa for your pups or children, along with Christmas gifts for children. We enjoy seeing our favorite cashier Melody. She is always so friendly, helpful,and efficient. You'll love your time here with so much to look at and to buy.

I went in to buy a knife and needed assistance because it was behind a counter. I spoke to 3 different employees to ask for assistance, who all told me they'd get someone right over. I waited for about 15 minutes while I watched several more employees walk by or stand around but I couldn't get anyone to help. I'd much rather spend my money buying locally, even if it is a big chain, than shop online. I don't understand businesses who don't make providing good customer service a priority. I've already found the knife cheaper online on Amazon, and I'll shop there if they don't want to prioritize selling to customers who come in.

Clayton in the Hilton Vacations Department deserves a raise. He hooked us up with a vacation package, and was upfront with all of the information. He was AMAZING! Wasn't even sure I was going to take a vacation this year. Thanks to my man at the store, now I have to. The store was clean and well designed. Lost a star because they only had one register open and the fudge area was closed. We went during a reasonable time. Clearance pricing could have been better.

Peoria, IL LOCATION -the worst experience I have ever had at this corporation. Poor posture, poor tone of voice and even worse customer service when trying to buy a new compound bow. Request was trial to pull it back and see if I even liked it. There was an extreme lack of desire for Robin to assist me. Refused to listen to me as I was trying to speak to him but would rather speak to my father in law. Hands me the bow to shoot without asking a single question on my draw length or weight. When we requested that to be adjusted to even be able to pull it back he threw his hands down and dropped his head as if it was an issue to be going and making those adjustments. We then just said forget it based on his reaction and his reason for such poor service was "‘I’m really busy". We patiently waited for him to finish with the customer he was with prior to us and greeted him with kindness. We had multiple other things in our cart and left. Truly the first time we have had such a bad experience and sad to say we truly don’t want to go back. Lesson learned: Shop small to receive respect & kindness as a customer.

Never disappointed by the selection here. I usually come in for something specific and end up being here way longer than originally anticipated by the sheer quantity of stock and selection available. Definitely a top pick for any kind of sporting or hunting gear!

I like the store it has so much to pick from I had to put half of the stuff back. Very nice product really nice price. I would recommend it to anybody.
