We purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses from your establishment on a previous date. We drove almost 2 hours from our home to come to your store to have them sent off for prescription lenses. We arrived at the sunglasses desk. We were informed that the employee did not know how to do it. Went to the service desk, they informed us that she was the only person there for the sunglasses desk. Although the service desk apologized, I feel they could have offered more assistance after finding out we drove 2 hours. They gave the impression that it was not their problem. Very disappointed that you offer a service that you can’t give. Disappointed that we wasted money on sunglasses at your store and the lack of employees who can do it. Again, it was a 2 hour drive one way, didn’t think I would need to call to see if anyone working today could do it. Edited to add that 4 days have gone by now and not one member of their management team has bothered to reach out.

I absolutely love this store and all of its varieties of baits, rods and reels. The prices vary just like anything else. The quality of the equipment is second to none. I just recently purchased a new boat. The salesperson guided me through the process from start to finish. When I came in the following day to pick my boat up, I went through a step by step checklist that ensured how to operate everything with the boat. I highly recommend them to all.

It's as if noone works here and the few that are present are in no hurry to help or look away from their phones. I asked the cashier for change, who was too busy to look up from her phone and pointed at the customer service desk. I had to figure out by hand signal what she was trying to tell me. Stood at the service desk patiently for 5 minutes while another customer was being helped. After that customer was finished, the phone rang and the customer service guy decided to have what sounded like a personal conversation, laughing and talking about other things for the next 5 minutes instead of giving me 2$ in quarters to play the shooting game in the store. The change machine was broken so I was at the mercy of the employees. Frustrated, I walked away to tell my kids I couldn't get change and the couldn't play the game. Another store rep overheard and said he could help, I explained i needed 2$ in change and he told me to go to the customer service counter.

Tons of variety in terms of products. Great selection of clothing, motorized vehicles, camping supplies, guns, etc. Staff is very friendly. Not many of their clientele wears masks, unfortunately.

Been looking for this mug. It keeps my tea hot for hours. I'm going back to purchase a green one once it's back in stock.
