There was a particular item that we were looking for. We checked online before going to the store, and it was shown as being in stock. We were unable to locate the item and requested help at the checkout. The young lady checked and said that the item was indeed in stock, but she couldn't find where it was located. She couldn't leave the checkout because she was the only one at the register. We left the store without the item!
The store is huge and obviously has lots of choices. But it was so big I couldn't find what I was looking for and there were no workers to help me.
My favorite home good store ever. They have everything at affordable prices. I even love the way the store smells.
