Just purchased a new Goldwing working with Doug Whelan and what a GREAT experience it was. No hidden fees, setup charges, etc. Price you are quoted is price you pay. I have purchased hundreds of motorcycles and this dealership is the best experience I have ever had. Motorcycle was spotless and had a full tank with correct tire pressures. Jordan and Hayden were also great to interact with as the guys in Parts had all the accessories in stock and ready to go!! Great place to buy a Honda!!

From Birmingham to Chattanooga. It’s easy to give a positive review when things go smooth. In my experience with buying a motorcycle or car it usually comes with some drama. This was my first experience with Southern Honda. From the moment I stepped on the floor and asked for help with a test ride on a 2025 Goldwing. The experience was unlike any other I’ve ever had. The manager John was so awesome. He didn’t just sit behind a desk. He was envolved in every aspect with transparency and honesty. What a refreshing change. He put me on to Cooper the "sales" guy. Another cool dude that gave me the attention I needed and respected every question by looking for answers when he may not have known. A mark of a pro. It was not easy saying goodbye to my 22 Roadglide. But once I drove off on the 25 anniversary edition Goldwing. I didn’t look back. Now, to the finance office. WOW was I surprised. I was expected a fight as usual. Man was I wrong. Finally, when something goes wrong it’s when you see what people and organizations are made of. They made an error on the paperwork with the VIN number. Obviously something important. They fixed it and I was happy to help them do so. That’s why it’s important to keep customers happy. Keep them coming back for more! Well done guys!!!

Very pleased with the entire process. Todd was great during the sell and kept me informed about everything. When I arrived they treated me like royalty by offering drinks and making sure I was comfortable. They had no idea I would be early, but it wasn’t an issue they already had everything ready and waiting on me to arrive. Dealing with someone over the phone a state away from you can make you a little nervous, but not hesitate to do business with them you will not regret the drive. It was 3.5 hours for me to travel, but so worth it!

What a Phenomenal Experience with Southern Honda Powersports! After many hours of research, I decided to purchase the Honda Foreman Rubicon 4x4. It fit all the boxes for my needs trail riding through the mountains. Next order of business was the price. We're located in Murphy NC and there are two Honda dealerships both located 2 hours away. After contacting both dealerships, Southern Honda Powersports came back with a quote $1000 less than the other. When they say no prep fees, destination charges, ect. they stand by it. That really impressed me. No Surprises of hidden fees. We dealt with Chris, who was Amazing! Communication and Professionalism was Fantastic! I drove three hours to purchase a machine from Southern Honda Powersports. Cooper worked with me the entire time through text and phone call and was awesome throughout the entire process. I was able to show up and sign papers and leave within a couple of hours. Southern Honda Powersports was clean, organized, and friendly from the entire staff. I will definitely drive every time to purchase a vehicle or a machine from them!

Southern Honda has the best selection, and most helpful staff. They make the buying process very streamlined, and efficient. I discovered an issue with my recent pre-owned purchase, and they are working to resolve it. I have spoken with Gus, and John about resolution.
