Bella is fantastic and demonstrates a remarkable level of patience. Her customer service skills are exceptional, and she consistently shows empathy, which contributes to an overall positive experience. She truly understands how to encourage customer loyalty. However, Im Not rating my experience with a five-star review . the recent price increases for storage units ever since the new management took over are crazy . my payment has increased twice already . Additionally, it is worth noting that these storage units are located outdoors and have not been renovated. My nieghboors are also moving to another storage with better quality but a good price bye storem Bella will be missed

Not a person to leave reviews but I am very thankful for Bella ' on October 3rd 2025 my grandma who is handi cap drove to there alberta location to get some things from the storage since she is very stubborn and couldn't wait she called Bella to the office for assistance. Bella assisted her and had all the patience in the world with my nana ." She is a magnificent person ♥️ "My nana stated "she was answering office calls and helping me at the same time ". Being one of her busiest days like Bella stated . She went to help my nana and we are very appreciated.Had the privilege to meet Bella personally and she is really one of a kind and I mean that with all my heart . You can tell she likes her job and that is rare to find now a days .People are replaceable but Bella is not and I hope the owners know this . My nana is not a very easy person to deal with and she is very happy with Bella . My nana would like to speak with corporate to leave feedback

Bella was absolutely helpful and friendly when she gave me information I requested. The storages were, clean, spacious and extremely affordable compared to most. I’d recommend everyone to use this facility.

I went to checkout the storage facility and Bella helped me in the most professional and friendly manner. The prices were reasonable, units were affordable, clean and spacious. I will definitely be using them soon.
