Richard and Flor were patient and polite in helping me with my car battery purchase. Even went the extra mile with something additional that would have made me make two trips to the store. Appreciate their service!

I have been there three times in the last year to get parts for a brake job, a tune-up and belt change for my 2013 Honda Fit. The service I received has always been adequately attentive and respectful. It is a parts store after all, not a restaurant, but the staff is friendly enough to work in a nice restaurant. On my last visit, a young lady named Flor, took the time to answer my questions about my receipt and the veteran's discount. She also sent a coworker to go fetch the brake drums I needed from another store. They also took my used oil for recycling or whatever they do with it. Hopefully the same staff will remain there for a while.

Came in a few days ago changed the battery for my Camry. Martin was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He hooked up the new battery for me and got me out of there in no time!
