Customer service by Gisela, THE WORST! El peor servicio al cliente por Gisela. He sido estafada por ATT dos veces, pero ella da el peor customer service que he recibido. Si llegan a ir a esta tienda evítenla. No los ayudará para nada. El resto del equipo son bastante amables. Espero les ayude.

Esme was absolutely wonderful and professional. She was so patient and knowledgeable. Her manager was very supportive as well. They really worked hard at getting me the best savings. I would definitely recommend coming to AT&T on George Dieter and asking for Esme. Excellent customer service!

The service was excellent! The attendant Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable she took the time to provide the best plan for me. I will recommend this store to my friends.

Esme was incredibly professional and help full and had a lot of patience. my only complaint was that they did not have otter phone cases for the iphone 16 so i purchased a pelican and the case did not even last a year, they are kinda trash.

Horrible experience waited for hours just to be told they couldn’t do a refund bc of one missing item (within the time frame) told to come back the next day I went back the next day and was told refund time frame was wrong and they couldn’t take items back anymore asked if there was any chance I could refund since said items weren’t the correct size was told be "give them away as a gift" Ive been a customer for years and this has been the worse experience of my entire time with AT&T
