I placed an open-box order for a 75" Insignia TV at Best Buy under the "Excellent" condition category. According to Best Buy’s own policy, this means the product should look brand new, have no scratches or flaws, and include all original parts and accessories (or suitable replacements), along with the original box or similar packaging. When I arrived for pickup, the employees wheeled out a TV wrapped only in bubble wrap—no box, no original packaging, and most importantly, no TV stands included. When I asked about the missing stands, the employee told me "this one didn’t come with them." That’s unacceptable, because I specifically purchased under the Excellent condition expectation. I explained to both the employee and the manager that this was essentially a breach of Best Buy’s own terms, and a complete waste of my time driving out there. They admitted they didn’t have anything else equivalent in stock, but instead of making it right (such as offering me a new unit that was only slightly more expensive), they left me with nothing but frustration. Yes, even the manager refused to make it right. I felt like Best Buy tried to bamboozle me into taking less than what I paid for. This experience was unprofessional, misleading, and a poor reflection of what should be a trustworthy retailer. Unacceptable.

I took my iphone 14 in for a simple battery swap which cost around 100$. After I left it with geek squad they called me telling me the broke the back glass. They ordered the new part and by beginning. of the next week it was in. I took it fore repair again this time they did do the battery swap but broke the camera ribbon. I again took it back after 4-5 days because they got the new part in they also refunded me. When I came back they said the phone was in WORKING condition and it was fine. Not even 5 minutes after I left the store it turned off. It keeps rebooting over and over and over. they told me they fried one of the boards. They broke my phone over a total of 3 times and wasted my time. I also researched and found out they barely receive the minimum amount of training so they don't really know what their doing. If you have an iphone and need a repair please take it to the apple store to save your sanity and time. UPDATE I called to check to see if they have my new phone and all they have is an AI you talk to that cant even connect you to someone at the STORE.

I ordered a PS5 Pro online for my son’s birthday,when I picked it up,I saw the seal was broken and advised the clerk "E3" that it was open.I asked for an exchange but they had great difficulty because they said it was because it was an "online order" .They called the supervisor over who couldn’t resolve the issue either and said "these seals are always breaking"..yeah right. To avoid the hassle I just took the unit. I asked for an open box discount, and the manager said it was not "open box". Fingers crossed,I just wanted a gift for my kids birthday..but I guess Best Buy is unable to give discounts on "Open Box" because these things mysteriously open on their own! 🙁

I had the worst experience at this Best Buy. When I first walked in, I spent a while looking around, and not a single employee approached me to offer assistance. When I finally asked someone for help, they said they would call someone over—but no one ever came. After wandering around and eventually finding someone to help me, the process of selecting a TV was fine. They told me to come back with a truck to pick it up, which I did. That’s where things got even worse. When I arrived, a rude employee started asking me a bunch of unnecessary questions without even checking my receipt. Then they told me to wait for someone to bring my TV out. When it finally arrived, the employee just laid it on the side of my car and walked away! I weigh 80 lbs and had to struggle by myself to lift it into my truck. No offer to help, nothing. This was the most frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve had at a store. Customer service was awful from start to finish, and the lack of care when handling my purchase was ridiculous. I expected way better from Best Buy.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Jalen. He left us standing there for 10 minutes while he ran back to his car 2 times. I guess he forgot his cholo rag that was hanging out of his back pocket acting like he was da man!! My grandson had received a best buy credit card that was supposed to have no annual fee and when he received his statement there was a 65 dollar annual fee charge. I questioned Jalen about the ethical practices of the store and he told me to shut-up and stand there and keep my mouth shut. This type of behavior not only reflects on Best Buy as a whole but on the Gen. Manager of the store. I've never been talked to by anyone so disrespectfully in all my life and will NEVER buy from this infested business again. So, beware of this fraud and deceptive trade practices if you thinking about getting a credit card from this company. They will turn it into a WHOA GOLD card like it is really something special so they can charge you a annual fee, late penalty ( even though you owe nothing) and interest. You won't be aware of this until the period it renews. BEWARE of BEST BUY. I'm not leaving my phone number, address, emails or any personnel information, you know what is going on in your stores. You lost 2 peoples money for life and I hope many others will catch on to your credit card schemes. Your GOLD card was canceled and I'm personally going after Citibank to insure his money is refunded and if not then I'll file against your store in small claims for deceptive trade practices and fraud., you can get my personnel information from the court docs.
