They had exactly what I needed to get the job done, the service was great and staff is bilingual; I needed a grinder bit to remove a seat from an RV that we are converting to a mobile tattoo shop and was helped right away, they knew exactly what I needed for metal and the price can't be beat. I am definitely coming back and I recommend this place for your hardware needs. Thanks!

Very nice, friendly people. Didn't think I'd get the through detail on how to replace something but I did and was very helpful for a 1st time homeowner. I will be stopping by often when I need parts to repair whatever broke in my home.

Excellent, friendly add efficient customer service. They greet you when you walk in the door and help you get what you need. I went in looking for a short quarter inch float valve for an old Mastercool evap cooler. I visited and called four other hardware stores in central El Paso and none of them carried it. I forgot the owners name but he thanked me his business. I used to go to this place with my dad when I was a child in the 1970's. This place deserves support from the local community!

Spoke with the owner over the phone to see if they had a specific part. He asked me to send him a picture of it and after a few minutes he let me know that he did have it and to come on over. He is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going here again if I need any other parts

I always call them when I need a reference to a good plumber, electrician, or whatever, and I've never been let down with the quality of the work their referred persons do. Also, my husband seems able to get great service and parts from there.
