Staff was very knowledgeable and more then willing to assist me, they were the only store in my area that had the parts i needed and prices were not outragous. Now that i know el paso has this store i will be makeing them my primary parts dealer. Not only cuz if i need a part i can either go to there website and see if they have the part in stock before going to the store. Or if i cant make it t the store i atleast know i can have everything delivered. Increasing prductivity.

No cambian la pieza según tienen garantía en mi caso una d 2 años y m.salieron con que les dejara la pieza que la probarías ellos y después m ablaban por teléfono para avisarme si ya estava mi garantia,no m ablaron ,mañana iré por mi pieza aver que m resuelven,pésimo servicio por ese lado pregunten bien antes de comprar al respecto con las garantias

I bought a truck part online and when I go to pick it up at the store they couldn't find my order and said they couldn't help me even after I showed my order number, they took my money but their customer service was awful. The whole FleetPride corporation couldn't resolve anything, so I didn't get my truck part and lost over 500 dlls. Now, I had to put a claim on my bank to get my money back. If I could give a zero star review I would.

They Never know what are you looking for if you don't have the part # it's a chain business store and make good money to not to have a computer program to save information of what they are selling
