Going to this store is generally a good idea for all sorts of home improvement projects. The store's layout is easy to navigate, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. You can usually find exactly what you need without much hassle. Plus, it's conveniently located and has plenty of parking spaces.

I needed a DJ skeleton that I saw on their website. I went to the Lowe’s on Transmountain, the so call manager would not even stop to talk he just said we are sold out. I went to the Lowe’s on Redd Rd and they sold me the display. A BIG shoutout to Eli and the Manager Destiny. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my situation and for selling me the display. True customer service at its best. You need something from Lowe’s on redd rd. Talk to these two ladies

Really bad experience. Only one cashier, open the people work in the floor only point to where you need to get whatever you're buying, they don't personally go and assist you with what you're looking for they just tell you what isle it's in and stay with their coworkers talking

Customer service is awful. Especially in the tool department. I asked for a different brand of a hex wrench. The young lady.. kid actually said yea it's over there. Was an hour before closing time but .. we'll. Also they do not answer phone when you order items to pick up if they are there. The 1 800 number says one thing and the store has NO idea what is going on.

I placed an order online for all of the lumber and accessories needed for building a deck. The delivery was scheduled into 2 different days, which was fine. I took time off of work according to when I would have all of the materials. The day of the first delivery, which was the majority of the lumber, I received no notification as to the delivery window. I checked the Lowe's app....it had been delayed almost 2 weeks. Again, no call, text, or email. I reached out to chat support, and said that if the order was going to be delayed, I needed the ENTIRE order to be delayed and delivered within 24hrs of the next. "I assure you I've taken care of this.". The next day.....the concrete and 6x6's arrived. I covered them with plastic. I then CALLED customer service to ensure that there would be no more delays (I've already taken time off work for this project). They reached out to the store (El Paso west side), and were hung up on 3 times while trying to get information. They finally get through long enough to transfer me to an agent, who then hangs up on me as well. I called the NEXT day. They reached out. They ask to speak to a supervisor. They were hung up on. Fast forward 2 weeks to the day the order is due to arrive. Again, leery of the previous experience, I check the app. Again, without notification of any kind, the order was rescheduled THE DAY IT WAS DUE TO BE DELIVERED, delayed by another week. I AGAIN called customer service. They called the store, and AGAIN were denied the option of speaking to a supervisor. I told the agent to cancel the order - I'm done with Lowe's, and that I expect the delivery fee to be refunded as well. They assured me they had taken care of it, but they couldn't refund the delivery fee because part of the order had been delivered. Later this afternoon, I logged into my account, and behold! What do I see? The order that has not been cancelled. Now let's see how much faith I put in their ability to successfully refund me what I'm owed. Never mind the extended amount of time I've had to put into calling and waiting, plus the vacation days that have been wasted because of their negligence in providing any form of notification. I ordered my lumber from a local vendor who was able to fulfill my order in 2 days. It ended up costing me 40% more. But I know they've got my back. Lowe's can do without my business

It was a very long line at the service desk, and they had only one cashier, but she did a great job getting to everyone in an orderly and efficient manner. We also were here to get a few things for the new house. This Lowe's location is convenient and they always seem to have everything that we need.

I had a lovely experience at Lowe’s recently. A young lady named Mya in the tools section helped me out she was so kind and patient. She not only found what I needed but also took the time to explain how to use it. I really appreciated her help and great service.
