Worst service! Arrived 30 mins before closing, Alejandra at the copy center declined to print my file as they we "closing" I explained I needed, 2 pages, letter size, black and white… a 2 minute job and still declined to print my file and directed me to the self service printers. I explained I couldn’t use the self service printer as I needed the file on color paper, which was just handed to me and directed me to use the self service printer. Afterwards they proceeded to just hang out by the register while 4 people waited in line to print simple jobs. I went back to ask for assistance to enter the paper in the correct drawer in the printer. Alejandra proceeded to ignore me, another rep had to come to the printer to assist me. The file was not printed correctly. Worst customer service…

I was in a hurry and was visiting El Paso as a tourist. On a Sunday morning, they picked up my call and attended my poster printout request. Joe and Rob, what a professional service. I emailed my pdf and the job was ready within an hour for a small rush fee. Great people and kind service. Very much recommended for large poster printouts with Matte paper.

Didn't even acknowledge us at the counter when we were the only people in line and there were three workers behind the counter. Had to call out for help to even be acknowledged. We had a super simple print job so this was very disappointing..

I wanted to fill out the survey, but I misplaced my receipt. I walked in only needing to replace ink cartridges however, I walked out with so much more. I asked assistance from a young man I believe named Joe. I hope that is his name. Either way, I can’t express how much gratitude I had for his help. I’m a small business owner as well as a middle school teacher. I wasn’t aware of the many benefits that we could receive as members. He also informed me of Office Depot‘s online price matching service. He was very kind and patient and even offered to walk with me through the store to find the products I didn’t realize I needed. I walked out with new cartridges, a floor mat for my office area, some office folders, and other office gadgets. I’ve never really walked through an Office Depot, so I’m so glad I did that day while Joe was working. I’m very grateful for his help and all the useful information. Thank you for your kind and effective customer service!

Exceptional customer service, made this whole experience phenomenal. Immediately recognize this individual and his management team and Office Depot as a whole, for going well beyond what was expected.

Bought a box to send back a laptop. Was happy to find a box that fits,returned to same store I bought box to be told that if there's USPS markings on it Fed Ex won't take it. Thanks for not offering anyway to remedy situation and wasting my money and time.
