I had a very positive experience. I was able to get my vehicle in the same day and diagnosed, which was great because had I taken it to the dealership I would have had to make an appointment and then waited 2-3 business days for a tech to diagnose the issue. I got a lifetime warranty on the part and a 1 year warranty on the labor.

I needed two tires for an older truck. I found them online at Pep Boys for a decent price and the store close to me had them in stock. I made an appointment online. As soon as I showed up, they started. An hour later I was back on the road. That was the easiest tire purchase I have ever made.
Andrew is one of the most helpful automotive experts I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was extremely attentive and helpful, going above and beyond during what was, for me, a rather pressing emergency. Without him, I would not have gotten my repairs completed nearly as quickly.
My experience with Pep Boys was very enjoyable and all service was great. Sergio the manager explained the diagnostic procedure for my AC problem and explained the timeline for repairs. Pricing was explained after the diagnostics and timing for repairs. Pablo was assigned as the technician and they provided timely updates. All staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will be changing my service provider from Pep Boys competition for the future repairs needed. Thank you all for making my day less stressful. Great guys to deal with.
Julian was amazing, I was impressed by his craftsmanship!! 3 other technicians from competitor shops couldn’t do what he did. Car maintenance is already stressful enough - Thanks to him, I have one less thing on my plate to worry about. Thats how it should be. Highly recommend!!!!
