Self checkout is slower than any human interaction could possibly be. The wire cutting machine is broken again. But the important thing is the store looks pretty for the holidays. I guess this is why Amazon is building a massive distribution center several miles away.

The younger guy in pvc section was great & said he would cut the pvc pipe for me as needed no problem. He got busy which is understandable. The older guy who was available was put out to have to help and said he’d charge me for the 3 cuts I needed on my pvc pipe. I ended up just getting one cut that took less than 5 seconds to cut, yet he was going to charge me for the other two cuts. It’s time for him to retire.

I just wanted to express how happy I am with the customer service I was provide by Krystal. I’m here all the time and she’s an unfamiliar face I’m assuming she’s new . But she seems like a vital asset to the company. As a business owner I can say she brought top tier customer service and was very knowledgeable on the questions I had and what she wasnt to familiar with she did try to find out for me. A++

I want to give the workers of this store a shout-out every time I come in. I always get quick, super-friendly assistance; most importantly, everything is well organized. Unlike your competitor down the street, where boxes are everywhere, finding anything is a nightmare, even with assistance. Keep up the great work, keep the organization of your product A1, and shout out to all the workers doing a hell of a job. I highly recommend this location If you’re knowledgeable and know exactly what you’re looking for. You’ll find it if they have it stock, and if you need assistance. They’ll be there to help you as well.

Service provide awesome found the 3 pack 20 x 20 AC filter pack. They have beautiful flowers time to decor your front and backyard for this summer. Run before they are gone.

Home Depot always has what we need and if they don't we normally get it in less than a day. Staff are always wiling to help and the online shopping is just as good as good as the service at the store. Accidently ordered a 2 shower heads for a project and from the first prompt from the AI answering to the end of the call took less than 6 minutes to fix the problem and get a refund approved. Love this store.

I ordered clear corrugated panels from the warehouse since the ones in the store were all messed up. And delivery was free. Well the messed up panels from the store were delivered and i refused the delivery. I call the store and they had cancelled the order. I was trying to place the order again, but they were going to charge me $55 for delivery. Since when i placed the first irder and you messed up, now i am being penaltzed for your mistake. I decided to get my panels from some place else. You have lost a customer.
