Went to go return an item that I was trading in and I was treated in the worst way ever this store is the worst they need to change employees here they never want to help you they always say we don’t do that customer service misinformed you. So obviously they get paid to do nothing and treat their customers badly I’ve been a customer for years and honestly going to this store makes you this twice…if you don’t have to go to this store find another one where they are more respectful and helpful Oh and by the way when they send us to go get helped by them it’s because that’s their job but the guy I was approached by older long haired guy told me that the issue was not their problem it was mine this store is just full of rude customer service representatives

I ordered a Verizon prepaid SIM card on May 23rd, and to this day, I haven’t received anything. Not a single SIM card has been delivered. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, only to be passed from one representative to another—literally dozens of people—and still no one has resolved the issue. I even went to a Verizon store, but they told me to call customer service. When I called, the same thing happened again: endless transfers with no results. At this point, Verizon has taken $39 from me but provided absolutely nothing in return. This isn’t a service—it’s a nightmare. To make matters worse, this whole situation caused a major argument between my wife and me today. I don’t speak English fluently, so I had to rely on her to deal with all this mess. The stress and frustration have spilled over into our personal lives. I expected a reputable company like Verizon to do better. Instead, I feel cheated, ignored, and mistreated.

Overall, great job at this verizon store. Had a bit of wait time but well taken care of.

This store has the worst customer service they are so aggressive and they can't do anything for you 99.9 % of the time. All you hear is we can't, we can't,we can't, but what they CAN do is sell you anything and everything ! Quick to sell and send you off your way. 1 person out of 7 people was helpful.

We were approached my door to door sales men that are contacted with Verizon and ran in to some issue and just a bit of misinformation but thanks to Robert and Daniel they were able to resolve the issue and get our service as well as internet with Verizon over all great customer service and I’m going to enjoy being with a company that has awesome people that care about the customers thanks again guys

Great and fast service Daniel added a new phone to my current plan activated and I was in and out within 25 minutes!!! Thanks Daniel !

David helped get my connected with a WiFi router and was in and out in very reasonable time explain the whole process effectively and efficiently
