Roger was incredibly helpful, he took the time to explain everything I needed to know as a first-time motorcycle buyer. I told him exactly what my plans were and what my finances looked like, and he pointed me in the right direction without any pressure. Even when I got a little impatient waiting, the entire team stayed professional and kept me updated every step of the way. Truly great people who care about helping riders get started the right way.

Exceptional Service Experience at Viva Powersports! ​I recently brought my BMW S1000RR to the service department at for routine maintenance and I could not be happier with the experience. ​From the start, I was greeted by Ms. Wendy at the parts department with open arms and she was very helpful. I met the Service Manager Mike, and he was very professional, knowledgeable and transparent. They were incredibly professional and took the time to clearly explain the recommended services, answer all my questions, and provide an accurate estimate of the time and cost. There was zero pressure for unnecessary add-ons, which I truly appreciated. I was even taken to the back to be shown the concerns that they had on my bike and there was a plan to correct the concerns. The parts department can literally order you anything you want for an awesome price. If they dont have what you need on the shelf, Ms. Wendy can order it for you with really fast shipping. This dealership also supports the troops and Law Enforcement offering discounted prices. After reading all the negative reviews here, I would like to mention that most of them are just whining or didn't get their way. I can assure you this place is the place to go to for service and parts. Ask for Mike at Service Department and ask for Wendy at Parts department. Had a really bad experience with this dealer. After several phone calls and texts with one of the sales managers, being assured they had the Can Am I was specifically looking for and they would work with me to keep the price within my budget, I drove 4 hours one way, hauling a trailer, from NM to El Paso for nothing. They did not have the Can Am I was looking for and weren’t really willing to negotiate on price for a smaller engine Can Am they did have, even though I had driven all this way and didn’t want to leave empty handed. After realizing his mistake, the sales manager I had been talking to ghosted me, pawning me off on another sales rep who didn’t care what I had been told and had no interest in making things right. He even refused to let me talk to the general manager. If you value being treated honestly and fairly, I would take your business elsewhere, because you’re not going to find it here at Viva Powersports.

Bought a motorcycle after 14 years! Best decision ever. Roger was beyond helpful and made the process fast, easy, and fun. I can’t thank you all for everything and I’ll be back soon for that Honda Fury!

Started as a good interaction with Viva, but I don’t know if they didn’t take us seriously.. or what, the sales person just ghosted us when we wanted to discuss bringing the price down or atleast matching another dealership. We went in wanting to buy two bikes, and I think they thought we were joking.. So, we bought our two bikes from Greg at Las Cruces Motorsports and had a really great experience with them over there. A little out of the way, but at least we came to an agreement on price and got the colors we wanted!

Excellent service, quick response time and just very good and friendly people. Sales was easy and attentive. I highly recommend.

Was looking to get a new YZ450FX and were decently hard to find but Viva had one in stock, went in to look and wasn't hassled by any aggressive sales people, just one gentleman named Roger that said if I needed anything just ask. Found the bike I wanted and started the paper work, Roger made it quick and easy in and out in about an hour and a half, even hooked me up with a cash allowance for gear. I'd shop here again for sure.
