We just had a whole house water system installed by Weststar Energy Solutions. Sammy did a great job with his presentation and convinced us to go with them. I'm impressed with the system, it was a very clean install and didn't take very long at all.

Salesman Sammy was great! He gave us a great presentation and answered our concerns and questions. Very informative and knowledgeable about the product. The installation technician Edgar was very professional, well prepared, and very clean with his work. Where we live water is extremely hard. Yes there are other softeners out there but the warranty and quality sold us. You get what you pay for!!

Salesman Gio was great. Very patient, however once the sale closed all calls/questions were directed to Rene. This refrigerated air conversion has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. It took over a month to get everything fixed after the initial install, and I was constantly given the runaround the entire time. They installed a faulty motor, and instead of resolving it quickly, I had to call them repeatedly for answers and wait endlessly for someone to show up. It was about three times when they had promised a repairman to show up at my home but they never did nor did they call. I don’t mind waiting for things to be resolved, however it was the lack of communication and professionalism that was very disappointing. When you’re investing in a costly renovation, you expect it to be done thoroughly and correctly—not halfway. Everything should work as promised, and you should have a company that stands behind their work and ensures you’re fully taken care of. To make things even worse, I was promised a specific financing interest rate (APR) and ended up getting something different. When I brought it up, I was met with excuses and reassurance that by setting up autopay I’d get the lower rate. Which was not true, I ended getting the higher rate and now I can’t do anything about it. This whole process was very frustrating, and completely unprofessional. If you’re considering working with this company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We are now enjoying the RainSoft water system at home. Aside from experiencing soft and smooth water, we are certain that we are now also drinking clean and safe water. Thanks to Rene for introducing the system to us. What more? We have free supply of Pure & Clean products for our laundry, shampoo, body wash, and detergent soaps for 5 years! Nothing compares!

We're very happy with the installation of the reverse osmosis & water softener system at our home. Our skin, hair and drinking water have benefitted greatly. I'm not carrying cases of bottled water from the store & adding to the landfill. My washing machine, coffee maker and shower heads will definitely see a difference and last longer. Edgar was professional and polite for the installation. Who knew the Home Show exhibits would change our lives & increase the value of our property. Thanks again for everything! The Portillos

This is an amazing company and team, they always kept an open communication, even after hours. I came in with an emergency AC replacement, which was handled as a priority despite their busy schedule. I dealt mostly with Alejandro, who was an amazing help, though the rest of the team were always around and willing to help with any questions or recommendations. I will definitely turn to them again for future needs.
